1. Do I have any discount and privilege as an owner of a property in Pirin Golf & Country Club ?

You will receive a discount card, issued by the Property Management Department. The discounts are as follows:

% on additional service- SPA center, Golf lessons and services, ATV, hiking and biking tours, SKI school services.

2. Can I as a foreigner buy a property in Bulgaria, Pirin Golf ?

According to the Property Act, foreigners may acquire real estate in Bulgaria with permission of the Minister of Finance. Alternatively, non-residents have to register a company in Bulgaria. Then they can acquire any real estates, except of agricultural land.

3. Is there a Hotel with a SPA center in the Golf Resort?

The hotel in the complex, which is planned to be a 5-star is still under construction. The complex will include SPA center with area of 4 500 square meters, tennis courts, horse-riding center, mini footbal field.
